I believe in people. I believe in hope itself, and refuse to accept the notion that it is "blind optimism." I believe in love. I believe opportunity comes to those who are prepared to accept it. I believe sappy love movies are indicative of how people's real lives actually run. I believe hand-holds are very intimate. I believe there are some people who just aren't going to like you. I believe in independence. I believe a secret can be kept, if it's left with the right person. I believe everyone has at least one experience or thought they will never share with anyone else. I believe in prayer and silence. I believe in a mother's bond with her child. I believe music can be both detrimental and beneficial at the same time. I believe abortion is only a mother's choice. I believe good champions evil. I believe in medical research. I believe in the soul. I believe Hollywood kisses are the best kind. I believe each experience we encounter shapes and prepares us for what lies ahead. I believe in myself.
